Recent Projects

Ah, if these walls could talk...the diverse nature of our projects means that we speak to a wide range of respondents on a variety of subjects. Here are some recent examples:

 

  1. Our client here was working on behalf of a financial institution who wanted to test some marketing materials. We coordinated hall tests with 50 consumers and conducted a series of depth interviews alongside. Liz particularly enjoyed this one - she was given the opportunity to unchain herself from her desk and venture back into the field, reminding her how fun research can be.

     

  2. For the second year in a row, we conducted a large customer satisfaction survey on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation. Frankly, the office has never been so lively! Respondents proved to be especially passionate about the subject, and our interviewers report that they were left feeling all warm inside - awww!

     

  3. Now in it's third year, we run a panel on behalf of a major telecoms provider. Having recruited these respondents way back when, we are lucky enough to have been able to build an in-depth relationship with them, bringing even more insight than normal to the table. It's not often you get respondents asking you how your birthday party was!

     

In the past six months we have also talked to IT managers, bingo players, architects, construction managers, health and safety officers, market stall holders, pub landlords, European bankers, Formula 1 enthusiasts, long distance lorry drivers and residents of the Isle of Mann about cheese. And this is the short list!
